This year, we are thrilled to celebrate a major milestone for one of East Solutions’ cherished team members, Lorraine Cole. Having dedicated a decade to the business, Lorraine’s contributions, experiences, and unwavering enthusiasm have made a lasting impact on our company’s growth and culture.
“It doesn’t seem like 10 years ago that I walked into the East Solutions Head Office and never looked back. Where does the time go?” Lorraine reflects. Time seems to have flown by since that first day back in 2014, but what a decade it has been—for both her and the company!
When Lorraine joined EAST Solutions, the team was just 12 people strong, a tight-knit group with a shared vision. Over the years, she has witnessed the business transform and flourish into the thriving success it is today, now boasting over 60 individuals under one roof. This growth is a testament to the combined efforts of team members like Lorraine, who have been there every step of the way, helping to build the foundations of what East Solutions’ has become.
“I have been fortunate in meeting a lot of new people over the years,” Lorraine shares.
Lorraine’s contributions go far beyond her day-to-day work. She has been actively involved in supporting one of East Solutions’ long-standing charity partners—Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
Last year, Lorraine stepped outside her comfort zone by taking part in an incredible 15,000ft skydive, raising funds for GOSH. Lorraine also participated in an inflatable 5k run the next day!
Most recently, she joined colleagues for a 10-mile trek along the stunning North Norfolk coastline, braving tired legs and blisters to raise money for this important charity. Through all of these efforts, Lorraine has embodied the spirit of teamwork, kindness, and resilience that defines East Solutions.
Lorraine, thank you for being such an integral part of this team, for throwing yourself into every challenge, and for inspiring those around you.
